headshotSurviving breast cancer is the most challenging goal I’ve ever faced in life.  I’ve faced life changing challenges before, both invited and uninvited and often the odds were stacked against me.  For instance I graduated high school when I was 16 despite uncontrolled epilepsy. I survived brain surgery at 21 and have lived over 25 years seizure free. I got my doctorate degree in Instructional Media and Technology from Columbia University as a full time elementary school teacher and part time student at 38. I bought a single family house as a single woman  right before the real estate bubble burst, I was  40. Through all those challenges I’ve managed to keep a smile on my face and keep following my dreams. I look forward to sharing those dreams with you.
